Ballymena United manager Glenn Ferguson admitted his side have “played better and lost” than in Saturday’s win over Warrenpoint Town.

The Sky Blues laboured to a 3-2 victory against the border side who played more than half the game with 10 men following the dismissal of goalkeeper Jonathan Parr.

Ferguson also looks ahead to this Saturday’s Irish Cup clash, where United take on Dungannon Swifts for a place in the semi-finals of the competition.
