All three were remanded in custody.
The charges the Black brothers face include conspiracy to supply and possession of class A and B drugs with intent.
A detective constable told the court he could connect the brothers to an operation in Bangor on Wednesday when a car was recovered containing 2kg of cocaine and £1,100 in cash.
The court heard the operation was part of an ongoing investigation by the PSNI’s organised crime branch.
Police told the court they believe the cash was connected to 200g of amphetamine sulphate found at a house in south Belfast.
