Banbridge man is charged with assault on a woman
A Banbridge man has appeared in the local court charged with assaulting a female.
William James Fitzpatrick from Bambrick Terrace was connected to the charge during a first appearance last Thursday morning at the town’s Magistrates Court, sitting in Newry.
The charge against the 40-year-old relates to 29 August of this year.
Fitzpatrick was told to return on 9 October and he was released on bail of £500 in addition to three conditions.
