SONI showcase is ready to rock Hagues Bar
SO:NI recently organised the line-up for the hugely well received Sunflower Fest 2010 near Hillsborough, and indeed three quarters of this month's bill are fresh from the Fest!
Headliners The Everyday Superheroes are a young Lisburn 4-piece who have been working hard creating a unique modern rock sound, with strong female vocals from Frances Mitchell and driving guitar lines courtesy of Tommy Keery.

Next on the bill is hugely talented local singer songwriter Kyle John Suckling, who will be appearing with his full backing band. Kyle has a fantastic pedigree of many years involved in the music scene, working with such characters as Brian Robertson of Thin Lizzy.
This will be his debut SO:NI show in his home town though, and it promises to be something a bit special.
Also playing is another SO:NI debutant - Johnny Vans - who's bluesy, acoustic stylings will bring another touch of class to proceedings.

Kicking off the night is Hoax - playing their first show in over two years, after some line-up changes. The boys, with new drummer in tow, are very excited about hitting the stage again, and their driving rock should launch the show in style.
Doors open at 8.30, admission is still only 3.50 and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere is always guaranteed.
This showcase has become a highly popular night on Lisburn's music scene, and takes place on the last Thursday of each month.
